Multi-mode Frequency Hopping Remote Communication
CPTC USV system achieves superior anti-jamming performance. Supporting multi-mode 4G, SATCOM, UHF, and VHF with AES-256 encryption, the system features real-time signal quality monitoring and frequency hopping, preventing disconnection or data interception.
The self-developed ground control station aggregates radar, INS, and GPS data, complemented by EO/IR thermal imaging and real-time vessel telemetry for remote piloting. The system also supports autopilot and collision avoidance through chart-based path planning for autonomous mission execution.
Communication:
- Multi-mode: 4G/5G/SATCOM/UHF/VHF
- AIS for receive-only marine vessel identification
- Frequency hopping remote command & control system, which automatically calculates parameters such as signal quality and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) to switch to the optimal signal, ensuring ship-to-shore communication

Remote Command & Control System
The system supports seamless switching between autonomous and manned control. Operating in full compliance with COLREGs (International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea), the shore-based control station features scalable architecture to enhance AI recognition databases and other add-on functions.
In the event of an emergency where all communications are lost, the system will automatically trigger a Return-to-Home (RTH). Once connectivity is restored, the USV can immediately resume its mission, significantly enhancing battlefield survivability.
CPTC has successfully integrated all systems for CSBC’s USV prototype "Endeavor Manta." With this foundation, CPTC is optimizing the next-generation USV, the "Shadow Hunter."
